Ingredients
PICO DE GALLO:
- 5 diced tomatoes
- 1/2 diced yellow onion
- 1 minced jalapeno
- 1/4 c. chopped cilantro
- 1 T extra virgin olive oil
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- Pepper to taste
TACOS:
- Corn Tortillas
- 3 T. olive oil
- 1 lb chopped Hahn’s Roast Beef, warmed
- 1 c. chopped romaine
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Method

- In a bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
- Over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil to a pan. Toast tortillas in pan one at a time until golden on each side.
- Layer tortillas with warm Hahn’s Roast Beef, lettuce, cheese, and the Pico de Gallo!
