Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Hahn’s Famous Slab Bacon
- ½ cup Stonewalls Maple Syrup
Method

- Cube slab bacon into ½ inch cubes and fry on all sides until lightly browned.
- Remove any bacon grease from pan and add maple syrup.
- Continue to braise bacon in syrup until cubes are covered and caramelized. Spear 2 cubes with a toothpick to serve as “lollipops”.
- REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS – Who are we kidding? There will be none left over!
