Ingredients
- 1 loaf Cuban bread (or other soft, crusty bread)
- 1 lb. sliced Hahn’s ham
- 1 lb. sliced roast pork
- 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2-3 tbsp. yellow mustard
- 6-8 slices of swiss cheese
- 1 cup sliced dill pickles
Method

- Slice loaf of Cubano bread in half lengthwise and then cut into four equal sections.
- Spread bottom pieces of bread with the mustard. Then layer the cheese, ham, pork, and pickles on top. Top the sandwiches with the remaining pieces of bread.
- In a grill pan over medium-high heat, add the butter. Once melted, add the sandwiches.
- While cooking, press the sandwiches down with a cast iron skillet. When browned on one side, flip and press again.
- Plate and enjoy!
