We only use the highest quality beef to begin our traditional process of trimming, seasoning, and roasting our beef – a process that makes it flavorful, tender, and juicy. Because we are a small artisan crafter with age-old traditions, our quality roast beef gets the extra attention it deserves. The unique Hahn’s taste is obtained by smoking our meat in small batches using only real hickory wood.
