Ingredients
- 2 slices rye bread
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- ¼ lb Hahn’s Pastrami, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons sauerkraut
- 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 Tablespoons butter
Method

- Butter one side of each slice of bread. On the other side of each slice, spread mustard.
- In a flattop pan over medium-high heat, place buttered side of bread down.
- Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each slice of bread and cook until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
- While bread is toasting, place sliced pastrami and sauerkraut into 2 separate piles on the flattop. Cook until warmed through, around 2 minutes.
- Add warmed pastrami and sauerkraut onto one slice of toasted bread and place the other slice on top, cheese side down.
- Serve and enjoy!
